  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar

  • 400 Size Cornmeal
  • 100 Size Food starch
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 200 Size Marzipan paste
  • 125 Size Rum raisins
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  1. Make a creamy pre-dough from the first 5 ingredients. The creamier the better.
  2. Now gradually stir in all the remaining ingredients until a tough dough is formed.
  3. Grease a 28-inch springform pan and fill it with the batter. Wrap aluminum foil around it and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 60 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
