Cake Pops

The perfect cake pops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Butter
  • 130 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 60 g Coconut flakes
  • 60 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 0,5 pck Coconut flakes
  • 1 pck Sugar sprinkles
  • 0,5 pck Hazelnut brittle
  1. Make a simple sponge cake or use an existing one. Cut off the hard crust and crumble the soft cake.
  2. Mix the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar well and knead with the cake crumbs, coconut flakes and chocolate sprinkles.
  3. Form small round balls and chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. Melt the couverture, place the balls on a wooden stick and pull through the chocolate. Roll in any decoration and place on a plate sprinkled with coconut flakes (which the balls do not stick to).
