Cake Pops

- 80 g Butter
- 130 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 60 g Coconut flakes
- 60 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 0,5 pck Coconut flakes
- 1 pck Sugar sprinkles
- 0,5 pck Hazelnut brittle
- Make a simple sponge cake or use an existing one. Cut off the hard crust and crumble the soft cake.
- Mix the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar well and knead with the cake crumbs, coconut flakes and chocolate sprinkles.
- Form small round balls and chill for 1-2 hours.
- Melt the couverture, place the balls on a wooden stick and pull through the chocolate. Roll in any decoration and place on a plate sprinkled with coconut flakes (which the balls do not stick to).
