Ingredients

  • 2 packet American cookies Aldi / Netto / Penny
  • 50 g Cream cheese 3.5% fat
  • 2 teaspoon Peanut butter
  • Couvertures white and dark
  • Food colors - Wilton for chocolate
  • Sugar eyes - sugar pearls - white sugar hearts -
  • Strings in different colors - liquorice snails mini ore biscuits
  • Sticks or kebab skewers

Instructions

  • For the cake pops mass - finely chop the biscuits with the mixer and knead the cream cheese and peanut butter - until you get a malleable mass. Shape balls (I always use 25 g of dough) for 10 minutes in the freezer. During this time, melt the couverture and arrange the ingredients for the warping. Take the chilled balls out of the freezer compartment - dip the handle in the couverture and prick the ball. Then put it back in the refrigerator. After about 10 minutes take it out again and decorate with the various couvertures and the sugar candy. If you are afraid of the high costs for the sugar eyes - buy white fondant mass and roll your eyes yourself. The black point is best made with a black food pencil - but it works too Dark chocolate.
