- 100 g cake or pie leftovers

Great use of leftovers for cakes, tarts, etc.
Simply add the leftover cake mix along with the milk to a blender and blend thoroughly. The amounts vary, as they depend heavily on the consistency of the cake, but the ratio above has proven successful in most cases! It works with all kinds of cakes. Cream cakes are also suitable. I once made it with a Black Forest gateau, and it was delicious! Also highly recommended: brownies! I haven’t tried yeast pastries yet, but I don’t think they’d be ideal. In the summer, you can also add some vanilla ice cream!
