Cake with eggnog

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 250 g chocolate shavings (1/2 dark, 1/2 milk)
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without eggnog as ant cake great for children

Roughly mix the butter, sugar, and eggs. Stir in the baking powder and flour. Finally, add the egg liqueur and chocolate shavings. Bake for 1 hour at 170°C. Cover with aluminum foil half an hour before the cake is done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
