Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tubes of squid (calamari)
- 1 pack of feta cheese (approx. 200 g)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bulb(s) garlic
- 1 lemon(s), juice, organic
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the calamari and pat dry. Cut the feta into 4 equal pieces and stuff the calamari with them. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and brown the calamari all over. Finally, add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté briefly. Season with freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper. If you like, you can also fry lemon slices. This looks very decorative when served. Serve with fresh baguette and a crisp salad. Approx. 420 kcal per serving.
