Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 chocolate kisses
  • 500 g quark (40% fat)
  • 400 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Remove the chocolate kisses from the bases and mix the cream with the quark. Hull and slice the strawberries, then add them to the quark mixture. Transfer the mixture to a bowl or divide it directly into individual glasses and serve garnished with the wafer bases of the chocolate kisses.
