Calzone 'Diavolo'

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 pack of feta cheese with herbs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp sauce (Arrabiata)
  • 1 point pizza dough
  • 1 chili pepper(s), dried or fresh, pitted
  • 1 egg yolk, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

hot and spicy

Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, finely dice the feta cheese and onion. Place everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix together (if you like, you can refine the mixture with additional arrabiata sauce). Roll out the prepared pizza dough from the refrigerated counter to a size of approximately 40 x 40 cm. You can, of course, make your own dough if you like. Divide the dough into quarters and place it on a baking sheet. Place the filling in the center of the dough (about 2-3 tablespoons), fold it into a triangle, and press the edges together with a fork (use egg yolk as glue if necessary). Brush the arrabiata sauce over the pockets and finely dice the chili pepper and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 200°C fan-assisted oven for 15-20 minutes.
