Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 rolls (organic toast rolls), 4 halves
- 100 g salami, diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 200 g sheep’s cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp herbs (rosemary, thyme, marjoram)
- ½ tsp salt
- some pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Place the 4 bread roll halves on a baking sheet. In a bowl, combine the salami, feta cheese, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place a heaped tablespoon of the mixture on each bread roll half and press down. Finally, drizzle a little olive oil over all the coated fetouzos and grill them for 15 minutes at approximately 180 degrees Celsius on the second rack from the top. Served as a main course, a nice, colorful salad complements the meal.
