Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 roll (to taste ätter dough, refrigerated, approx. 275 g
- 2 small camemberts, 150 g each
- 8 tbsp cranberry jam
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat 160°C fan/convection oven). Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 squares. Halve the Camemberts. Place 1 tablespoon of cranberry jam in the center of each square and then place half a Camembert on top. Then fold them into triangles and press the edges together. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and brush the puff pastry squares with it. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with the remaining cranberry jam. Serve with a green salad.
