- 2 slices of toast
- 2 Camembert(s), spicy baking
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp cranberries, from the jar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the Camembert according to the package instructions. Fry the pineapple rings until lightly browned. Meanwhile, slice the onion into thick rings and add them. Toast the slices of bread. When the Camembert begins to bulge, it’s ready. Serve beautifully and garnish with onion rings and cranberries, if desired. A nice, quick snack for in between meals or as a main course for one person.
