Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g smoked ham (Black Forest or similar)
- 100 g onion(s), diced
- 3 g garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 400 g canned tomatoes, pureed
- 100 ml water
- 30 g tomato paste
- 30 g sour cream
- 2 g salt
- 1 g pepper
- 2 g sugar
- 2 g paprika powder, sweet
- 400g spaghetti
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
my wife’s favorite dish
Cook the spaghetti. Trim the fat from the smoked ham, dice it very finely, and fry it. Briefly fry the onion, garlic, and the remaining diced ham in the pan. Deglaze with tomatoes, water, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream a few minutes before serving. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve hot.
