Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g Camembert(s)
- 2 tbsp butter
- some flour, for breading
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- some breadcrumbs
- Butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mash the cheese with a fork. Add the butter and mix. With moistened hands, form into 8 balls. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill. Coat the balls first in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Serve with a slice of baguette, or place the balls on half a canned pear.
