Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 Camemberts (120 g each)
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
LCHF – low carb, high fat
Mix the minced meat with the ingredients thoroughly and let it stand for a while so the egg has time to set. Then wrap the meat mixture around the Camembert. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) in a baking dish greased with olive oil for about half an hour.
