Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 140 g sugar
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 150 ml maple syrup
  • 50 ml milk
  • 5 egg whites
  • 3 apples
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g walnuts
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super easy and quick, for 12 pieces

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add the maple syrup, milk, and egg whites and mix. Wash, core, and dice the apples. Fold the diced apples, raisins, and walnuts into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar and serve.
