Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g biscuits
  • 80 g desiccated coconut
  • 170 g butter
  • 170 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Vanilla extract
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Crush the cookies in a blender. Transfer to a bowl, add the desiccated coconut, and mix. Heat 120g butter, 170g dark chocolate, and 40g sugar in a saucepan. Stir until melted. Fold in the egg. Reserve about ⅓ of the chocolate mixture and stir the rest into the biscuit flour. Mix well, then pour into the baking pan. Press down and chill for 10 minutes. Mix 50g butter with the vanilla extract. Add 180g powdered sugar and cream, and mix again. Then pour onto the chilled dough. Spread the remaining chocolate mixture over the top. Chill for another 10 minutes. Serve with strawberries, blueberries, and jam.
