Canarian potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, very small, waxy
  • 50 g sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak a clay pot according to the instructions. Layer potatoes with salt in the pot. Place the pot in a cold oven. Then set the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and cook for about 45 minutes. “Green and Red Mojo” from my recipes goes really well with this.
