Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chili pepper(s), hot
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 tsp coriander greens, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic paste with ginger
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 40 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 50 ml neutral oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes perfectly with wrinkled potatoes

Roughly chop the bell peppers and remove the white cores. I didn’t remove the seeds from the chili pepper. If you don’t like it too spicy, you can remove them. Peel the garlic and chop the cilantro. Now place all the ingredients in a tall container and puree with a hand blender. That’s it. This sauce is really quick to prepare. It goes well with any grilled meat, fondue, and small wrinkled potatoes.
