Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s), ripe (!!)
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 pot of yogurt (150 g)
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious dessert made from avocado, banana and yogurt

Slice the avocado and mash it. Slice the banana, add it to the avocado mixture, and mash it. Stir in the yogurt, lime juice, and sugar and mix well. Ladle into bowls and garnish with half a lime slice. It’s best served immediately, as the dessert will slowly turn brown. It will still taste just as good, but won’t look as beautiful green.
