  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect complement to caramelized butter quinces and quark mousse

Melt butter, froth honey in it, candied nuts in it, place each one individually on an oiled plate.
