Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (farfalle), small
- 3 onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 600 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 70 g butter
- 600 g minced meat
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- pepper
- oil
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Mix the yogurt with 1 teaspoon of salt and the garlic. Heat 40g of butter in a pan. Fry the diced onions until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining butter and add the paprika. Alternate layers of pasta, minced meat, and yogurt in a greased baking dish. Finally, drizzle with the paprika-flavored butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
