Cannelloni with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 40 g cheese, grated Emmental
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 30 g herb butter, liquid
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 ml cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 servings of cannelloni

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in a little butter. Mix with the minced meat, egg, herbs, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Fill the minced meat dough into cannelloni rolls. Place the filled rolls in a baking dish and pour over the broth. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake the rolls in the oven for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread with herb butter. Mix together the yogurt, cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a yogurt sauce and serve with the cannelloni.
