Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 drops of flavoring (almond flavoring)
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 200 g almond(s), peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes about 60 cookies

Knead all of the above ingredients thoroughly together. Form into 5 rolls, dust with a little flour, and refrigerate for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the rolls on two baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and bake again at 150 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
