Tortellini in ham, cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of tortellini with meat filling
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 300 g cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups of cream (500 g)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Marjoram, fresh or dried
  • Basil, fresh or dried
  • Parsley, fresh or dried
  • Chives, fresh or dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions! Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan and sauté the chopped garlic and diced onions. Add the cooked ham and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with herbs and spices and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Toss with the tortellini and serve.
