Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g cantuccini
- 4 tbsp cranberry compote
- 2 tbsp cranberries, dried
- 150 g mascarpone
- 120 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- some cream, whipped
- Cantuccini
- Pistachios
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly crumble the biscuits. Mix together the cranberry compote, vanilla sugar, and cranberries. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, sugar, amaretto liqueur, and cinnamon. Layer the biscuits, cranberries, and mascarpone cream in glasses, alternating layers. Decorate with a dollop of cream, biscuit crumbs, chopped pistachios, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
