Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 lean pork schnitzels
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- some water
- 1 cup of sour cream (200 g)
- 2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Pound the schnitzel on both sides, season lightly with salt and pepper, and brush with mustard. Fry in rapeseed oil until tender on both sides. Deglaze with a little water, stir in the sour cream, and add the chopped capers and brine. Reduce the sauce slightly, then stir in the finely chopped parsley. Season to taste and serve.
