Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine
- 220 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp liqueur, coffee liqueur or strong, cold espresso
- 400 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (the strong one for baking)
- 80 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 2 packs of coffee powder (cappuccino powder, instant)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (the strong one for baking)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 30 g chocolate shavings (mild)
- 25 ml milk

For the entire batter, mix all ingredients up to 100 ml of milk together well and pour half into a greased loaf pan (the batter will already seem quite firm – don’t be surprised, it still rose really well and is fluffy!). 2nd batter: Mix the other half of the batter with the cappuccino powder, cocoa, sugar, chocolate shavings and the milk well and pour it on top of the other batter in the loaf pan – mix together a little with a fork. Bake at 185°C top and bottom heat for approx. 1 hour – do the skewer test! Simply dust with powdered sugar – or cover with chocolate icing.
