Cappuccino Cookies for Coffee Fans

- 350 g Spelled Flour 630
- 200 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 large tablespoon. Or 2 packages Vanilla sugar
- 2 medium sized Free range eggs
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 teaspoon Cappuccino powder
- 80 g Chocolate shavings
- 4 teaspoon Instant coffee
- 90 piece Mocha beans
- Beat the sugar with the eggs until creamy. Gradually butter, vanilla sugar, cappuccino powder, chocolate shavings. Mix the flour with baking powder and mix in spoonfuls.
- Knead everything into a smooth dough and wrap in foil and put in the fridge for an hour.
- Roll out the dough, cut out flowers with a cookie cutter.
- Preheat the oven to 160C.
- Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. And bake at about 160C, depending on the oven, for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.
- Mix the instant coffee with hot water (or set aside about 1/4 liter of the finished coffee.
- Mix the icing sugar and coffee with the icing, brush the cooled cookies with it, and place a coffee bean in the middle. Let it dry well, please. For those who shouldn’t know, I mean chocolate beans.
