Cappuccino Cookies for Coffee Fans

The perfect cappuccino cookies for coffee fans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Spelled Flour 630
  • 200 g Butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 large tablespoon. Or 2 packages Vanilla sugar
  • 2 medium sized Free range eggs
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cappuccino powder
  • 80 g Chocolate shavings
  • 4 teaspoon Instant coffee
  • 90 piece Mocha beans
  1. Beat the sugar with the eggs until creamy. Gradually butter, vanilla sugar, cappuccino powder, chocolate shavings. Mix the flour with baking powder and mix in spoonfuls.
  2. Knead everything into a smooth dough and wrap in foil and put in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough, cut out flowers with a cookie cutter.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160C.
  5. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. And bake at about 160C, depending on the oven, for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.
  6. Mix the instant coffee with hot water (or set aside about 1/4 liter of the finished coffee.
  7. Mix the icing sugar and coffee with the icing, brush the cooled cookies with it, and place a coffee bean in the middle. Let it dry well, please. For those who shouldn’t know, I mean chocolate beans.
