  1. Beat egg whites with icing sugar for half an hour on high speed. Always take a break after 10 minutes so that the mixer or food processor doesn’t start smoking. The mass must be cut resistant.
  2. Add the coffee powder and spice mixture and stir in well.
  3. Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle with the egg white mixture and squirt small rings onto a tray lined with foil or baking paper.
  4. Preheat the stove to 130 degrees circulating air and dry the wreaths in it for about 1 – 2 hours. Don’t forget the wooden spoon for the oven door so that the moisture can draw off.
  5. Pack the finished wreaths dry and airtight.
  6. Tip 6: If you add a teaspoon of cocoa powder, they get a wonderful brown color.
