Cappuccino – Cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (caramel)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tsp coffee powder (instant espresso)
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring 3/4 of the milk to a boil, stir in the instant espresso powder. Stir the caramel pudding powder and sugar into the remaining milk and add it to the boiling milk. Finally, add a dash of cream to the pudding, stirring well to prevent it from burning. Ladle the pudding into glass bowls, let it cool, and just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
