Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 60 g low-fat yogurt
- ½ serving of instant coffee powder, sweetened (cappuccino powder), half a cup serving
- Sweetener, liquid
- 60 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 10 small biscuits, (amaretti)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the quark with yogurt and cappuccino powder and season with sweetener. Whip the Cremefine until stiff and fold in. Set aside 1 amaretti biscuit, crumble the remaining amaretti biscuits, and fold them loosely into the cream. Pour the cream into a glass and garnish with the reserved biscuit.
