Cappuccino crumb cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g nuts, ground
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ liter cream
  • 10 tsp cappuccino powder, instant
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the ingredients for the cake base together, pour into a prepared springform pan, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Cut off the top layer of the baked base and crumble it. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in the cappuccino powder. Pour everything onto the base, sprinkle the crumbs over the top, and dust with powdered sugar (refrigerate if necessary). Freezes very well and thaws in portions.
