Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese, 30% fat
  • 125 g low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mineral water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp chives, in rolls
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and mineral water and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dice the tomato and egg and stir them into the cream along with the chives.
