Caprese with Peach

The perfect caprese with peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 small Mountain peaches
  • 100 g Buffalo mozzarella
  • Basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic Mango
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Pinches Sugar brown raw sugar
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Chilli threads
  1. Slice the peaches around the core. Drain the mozzarella, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Alternate these ingredients with the basil leaves on a plate.
  2. Whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and a few turns of the pepper from the mill.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and decorate with chilli threads.
