Caprese with Peach
The perfect caprese with peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 small Mountain peaches
- 100 g Buffalo mozzarella
- Basil leaves
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic Mango
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Pinches Sugar brown raw sugar
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Chilli threads
- Slice the peaches around the core. Drain the mozzarella, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Alternate these ingredients with the basil leaves on a plate.
- Whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and a few turns of the pepper from the mill.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and decorate with chilli threads.
