Semolina Dumplings

The perfect semolina dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 ml Soy milk
  • 120 gr Wholemeal semolina
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,25 Tl Salt
  • 2 El Margarine
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 El Rapeseed oil
  1. Boil everything except for the eggs and stir until the semolina is v. Soil loosens.
  2. Let it cool down and incorporate the eggs. Mix well.
  3. Shape dumplings & into the water. Let it steep for 20 minutes. 1 tablespoon of oil in the water so that it does not foam.
