Semolina Dumplings
The perfect semolina dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 ml Soy milk
- 120 gr Wholemeal semolina
- 2 Eggs
- 0,25 Tl Salt
- 2 El Margarine
- Nutmeg
- 1 El Rapeseed oil
- Boil everything except for the eggs and stir until the semolina is v. Soil loosens.
- Let it cool down and incorporate the eggs. Mix well.
- Shape dumplings & into the water. Let it steep for 20 minutes. 1 tablespoon of oil in the water so that it does not foam.
