Caramel-almond Cake
The perfect caramel-almond cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Margarine
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pck. Baking powder
- 4 essl Grummel candies
- 50 g Stoned almonds
- 25 gr Chocolate shavings
- 2 teel. Cocoa powder
- 2 teel. Powdered sugar
- Heat the cream in the micro at 600 watts for 1 min. 3 tablespoons. Stir grummel candies into the warm cream and dissolve.
- Stir eggs, sugar and margarine until foamy. Stir in flour, baking powder and caramel cream. at the end cocoa 1tbsp Add grummel candies and chocolate shavings.
- Put the dough on a 30x23cm baking sheet. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes
- Sprinkle icing sugar on the cake while it is still hot.
