Caramel-almond Cake

The perfect caramel-almond cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Margarine
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pck. Baking powder
  • 4 essl Grummel candies
  • 50 g Stoned almonds
  • 25 gr Chocolate shavings
  • 2 teel. Cocoa powder
  • 2 teel. Powdered sugar
  1. Heat the cream in the micro at 600 watts for 1 min. 3 tablespoons. Stir grummel candies into the warm cream and dissolve.
  2. Stir eggs, sugar and margarine until foamy. Stir in flour, baking powder and caramel cream. at the end cocoa 1tbsp Add grummel candies and chocolate shavings.
  3. Put the dough on a 30x23cm baking sheet. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes
  5. Sprinkle icing sugar on the cake while it is still hot.
