Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml condensed milk
- 375 g butter
- 150 g cocoa powder
- 6 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 450 g sugar
- 190 g flour
- 50 g caramel
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Glaze: Place the sugar and condensed milk in a wide saucepan and heat and stir until a creamy, thick caramel forms. While the glaze cools, stir frequently to prevent it from becoming completely solid. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Batter: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove the butter from the heat, add all ingredients (except the caramel) to the melted butter and mix into a batter. Chop the caramel and fold in. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Then spread the glaze over the brownies and let them cool. Cut into squares or rectangles before eating. Tip: The brownies taste best when they are still a little warm, as the caramel will still be a little runny.
