Ribbon noodles with hearty mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g sausage meat, raw
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon(s)
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Melt the butter in a pan, lightly sauté the chopped garlic, brown the chopped mushrooms, and add the sausage meat. Finally, add the finely chopped spring onions and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the cooked tagliatelle pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
