Place the closed can in a pot of water and boil for about 2.5 hours. This will create the caramel. Important: The can must always be completely covered with water! You can also transfer the contents of the can into a jam jar, screw on the lid, and boil it. Let it cool thoroughly before opening. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the caramelized condensed milk. Transfer the mixture to small glass bowls, etc., cover with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
