Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- ½ tbsp salt
- 250 g pumpkin flesh, cooked, pureed (still warm!)
- 20 g butter, melted
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- Egg yolk or condensed milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Knead the dough ingredients into a yeast dough. If necessary, add a little more lukewarm water or pumpkin puree. Let it rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size. With floured hands, form 10-12 small rolls and brush with egg yolk or condensed milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
