Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of pizza dough, ready-made (refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped pizza seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 160 g minced beef or tartar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the pizza dough into two pieces and place on a prepared baking sheet. Brown the ground beef in a pan with hot oil. Trim and dice the bell peppers, and add them to the pan. Deglaze with the diced tomatoes, season with pizza seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes. Cover the pizza dough with the pan mix and twist the ends inward to form small boats. Finely chop the mozzarella and spread it on the boats. Place in a preheated oven according to the pizza dough package instructions (usually for about 20 minutes at 200-225°C top/bottom heat).
