- 1 Orange fresh
- 1 tablespoon Sugar brown
- 1 tablespoon Orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- Pepper White
- Mint fresh
- 125 g Tortelloni Formaggio
- Salt
- Peel the orange including the white skin. Cut out the fillets. Catch the juice. Squeeze out the rest of the juice.
- Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Deglaze with liqueur and orange juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved again. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season to taste with pepper.
- Wash the mint, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Heat the orange fillets in the sauce, except for three pieces for decoration. Finally mix in the mint.
- In the meantime, put the tortelloni in boiling, lightly salted water and let it steep for two minutes. Remove and drain.
- Arrange the tortelloni together with the sauce on a plate. Garnish with orange fillets and fresh mize.
