- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp caraway seeds

- 100 g cheese, grated Emmental

for potato soup with raw Polish
For 12 muffins, combine the egg, oil, yogurt, and milk. Add the flour, baking powder, pepper, salt, caraway seeds, and cheese, and mix well. Fill greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the tin after a brief cooling period. Delicious with potato soup with raw Polish sausage.
