Carbonara De Luxe

The perfect carbonara de luxe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fettucine from the fresh department
  • 1 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 200 gr Ham cubes
  • 500 ml Cremé fine or whipped cream
  • 36 gr Summer truffle
  • 100 gr Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Sauté the onion and squeeze the garlic cloves
  2. Add the ham cubes
  3. Add Crème Fine (cream / cream)
  4. Add the grated summer truff and let it simmer
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, possibly seasoning with salt and pepper
  6. Bring the pasta to the boil briefly and pour in the sauce
