Carbonara De Luxe
The perfect carbonara de luxe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fettucine from the fresh department
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- 2 Toes Garlic fresh
- 200 gr Ham cubes
- 500 ml Cremé fine or whipped cream
- 36 gr Summer truffle
- 100 gr Freshly grated Parmesan
- Sauté the onion and squeeze the garlic cloves
- Add the ham cubes
- Add Crème Fine (cream / cream)
- Add the grated summer truff and let it simmer
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, possibly seasoning with salt and pepper
- Bring the pasta to the boil briefly and pour in the sauce
