Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 nectarines
- 2 kiwis
- 1 honeydew melon(s)
- 2 bananas
- 1 pineapple
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml coconut milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the nectarines, quarter them, remove the stones, and cut into small pieces. Peel the kiwi, pineapple, and banana, and also cut into small pieces. Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and form small balls using a melon baller or two teaspoons. Mix the chopped fruit with the vanilla sugar and chill. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, adding the coconut milk and sugar while whisking. Ladle the fruit salad into dessert bowls and spoon the coconut cream over the top.
