Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tuna steaks
- lemon juice
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g bell pepper(s), green
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 g olives, stuffed
- Paprika powder
- rosemary
- Thyme
- Salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drizzle the tuna steaks with lemon juice and let them marinate. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings, and finely chop the garlic. Wash the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, then peel and dice them. Slice the olives. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion rings until translucent. Add the garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives and sauté for a few minutes. Season with rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. At the same time, heat oil in another pan and fry the tuna, which has been seasoned with salt beforehand, for about 4 minutes on each side. Then serve the fish with the vegetables.
