Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of almonds and walnuts, mixed
  • 2 handfuls of cereal flakes (five-grain flakes),
  • 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
  • 1 pinch(s) cardamom
  • 1 g ginger
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • n. B. Fig(s)
  • n. B. Fruit of your choice
  • some mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Lightly roast the five-grain flakes, walnuts, and almonds along with ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and a little turmeric. Then pour in the milk. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer gently on the stovetop. Then add figs, fruit, and mint, if desired, and serve.
