fruity and delicious

Cut the onion into wafer-thin strips. First, rinse the orange with warm water, then peel it thoroughly, leaving no white pith. Now cut it into wafer-thin slices and arrange on a plate. Mix the oil with the vinegar. Wash two spinach leaves and cut them into small strips, which you will drape in the center of the orange slices. Now spoon the oil mixture over the plate, sprinkle the onion and pine nuts on top, and season with salt and pepper. Suggestion: Very popular as an appetizer.
