Apple, celery, and yogurt salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 100 g celery
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and core the apple, then chop it into small pieces, including the skin. If you don’t want the skin on the apple, you can also peel it. Wash the celery, remove any loose strings, and cut it into thin slices. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add the apple, celery, and garlic to the yogurt and mix. Season to taste with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Tip: The salad tastes even better if it sits for a few hours.
