traditional cake, quick version

Boil water and margarine together. Then slowly add the flour, stirring quickly. Bring back to a boil. Then let cool. Add the eggs and baking powder and mix well. Divide the dough into two portions. Place one portion on a 25×40 cm baking sheet and bake (do not smooth it down). Do the same with the second portion. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions (without sugar) and let cool. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy and white. Gradually add the cold pudding, whisking thoroughly again. The butter and pudding should be the same temperature. Spread the finished cream over one half of the cake. Sprinkle the second half on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into square pieces. The cake tastes best on the third day.
